Podswap 90 Day Limited Warranty

We want you to love your AirPods. All claims under warranty will be reviewed by our customer care team to ensure you are satisfied with your Podswap experience. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions, or even just to say hello!
What is covered by this warranty? This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase by the end-user purchaser.
What is not covered by this warranty? This warranty does not apply to accessories such as the AirPod Silicon Case Protector or any other accessories sold on Podswap.
Our warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: (a) conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship; (b) cosmetic damage such as deep scratches, dents or broken plastic unless damage has occurred due to a defect in material or workmanship; (c) damage caused by negligence, improper maintenance or modification; (d) damage caused by accident, including by not limited to fire, liquid contact, or natural disaster (e) theft or loss.
How long does the coverage last? The warranty period for AirPods purchased from Podswap is 90 days from the date of purchase.
Who is covered? The Podswap limited 90 Day Warranty covers the original purchaser of the product. The limited warranty is nontransferable to subsequent owners or purchasers of this product.
How to obtain services? To obtain the warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. You can contact us by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org
What Podswap will do under this warranty. Under this limited 90 Day warranty Podswap will either: (a) replace the AirPods at no charge; or in special circumstances (b) issue a refund for the item where deemed fit.
What Podswap will not do under this warranty. Under this limited 90 Day warranty Podswap will not: (a) assume all risk of loss or damage to the AirPods while in transit to us; (b) assume all risk of loss or damage to the AirPods while in transit to the customer.
Will the warranty carry over to my replacement? Podswap’s limited 90 Day warranty only covers the original transaction. Once a warranty claim is resolved the new AirPods you receive are only included under warranty for the remainder of the warranty period determined by your initial transaction. If you experience problems with your replacement, please contact customer support.
What will the customer do under this warranty? Where deemed fit, under this limited 90 Day Warranty the customer or end-user may be required to complete another “swap” at no additional fee at which time: (a) Podswap will send you a replacement Pair of AirPods and you will be required to send the AirPods under warranty back in the same box (shipping label provided); you are required to return the original AirPods claimed under warranty no later than 5 business days after the date of your replacement delivery. If you fail to return the AirPods under warranty, you may be subject to additional charges or late fees.
No other warranty applies. This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty. No employee, agent, dealer, or other person is authorized to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of Podswap.
Limitation of Liability. Podswap shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages. Some countries, districts, or states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of relief, incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages, or the limitation of liability to special amounts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
