Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our service, we are unable to accommodate the return of your AirPods once you send them in the mail to Podswap. When participating in a swap with Podswap, you are agreeing to permanently release your old AirPods to us.  

We ask that you spend 24 hours testing your replacement AirPods before you send your old pair back to us to ensure you are 100% satisfied. 

For claims under warranty, refunds will not be issued. Under a warranty claim: the customer may be required to complete another “swap” at no additional fee, at which time: (a) Podswap will send you a replacement Pair of AirPods and you will be required to send the AirPods under warranty back in the same box (shipping label provided). You are required to return the original AirPods claimed under warranty no later than 5 business days after the date of your replacement delivery. 

A refund may be requested under two circumstances and will be issued on a case-to-case basis. The circumstances are limited to:

  1. A full refund will be issued if you place your order and wish to cancel before your order has been fulfilled. 
  2. If your order has already been fulfilled and shipped, you may only receive a partial refund if your replacement AirPods have not been opened. If the AirPod sanitary packaging seal has been opened, you are no longer eligible for a refund. A refund (excluding shipping cost) will be issued once you unopened AirPods are received at our facility.
